TripleFacepalm.... Reminds me of the time ICDOY GAVE YOU Dirk.

If it were me, I wouldn't trade Nash for Manu straight up. Hell Nash was taken before him....

So you get Nash AND Gordon for Ginobili. Then you trade absolute crap in Tmac for Battier. All so that Torque can move Horford to the bench for a middle of the pack center? Is that his plan?

sigh... I don't know how you get so lucky RedNation:mad::mad::mad:

Haha yeah, I would never accept that trade because Nash is just a game changer.

Gordon is a downgrade compared to Ginobili but with Nash there that downgrade doesn't really exist. Battier and T-Mac is a wash. Battier is slightly more valuable I guess.

While Gortat is solid I don't think he makes up the difference. It isn't a fair trade but it isn't too ridiculously bad.

I think it's pretty lopsided. Battier is still perceived as a stopper. I definitely think he brought a positive to Memphis. Tmac is just washed up.... Especially in the eyes of this board.

I absolutely loved Torques team. Nash running pick and rolls with Garnett and Horford. Unstoppable. Defensively everyone made up for Nash. Add in the offense Gordon and Deng bring, that team was easily one of my top teams.

Now Torque has Billups as his starting point instead of Nash.... There is no way an upgrade of Manu from Gordon makes up for that.

His backcourt is worse, his bench is worse.

I'm still not really sure what he plans to do with Gortat. Bench Horford???
