[iPad2] Where to download movies? What are some fun or useful apps?

    Hey guys, I mainly use my iPad for surfing the web/facebook-ing. I haven't made use of a single gb of the 64gbs. I want to start downloading movies and making better use of my iPad!

    Do y'all know where I can download movies?

    And what are your favorite apps? for fun, and for business etc.

    You can pay NetFlix and download movies from them. There are other good services, too, like HULU.com, and Amazon.com, with a streaming account. Enjoy your new iPad2, man! :cool:

    Seriously speaking, though, stop asking us for illegal stuff! :p

    rip the dvd onto your computer, use handbrake to format to ipad then drop it into itunes

    As Blake said, you can use Handbrake to rip DVDs you own and then tranfer them over. You can also buy movies via iTunes and transfer them over or download them directly.

    First, buy "Download HD" browser in the app store for 1.99. You can use this browser to download movies, music, and pictures for free on the ipad.

    thanks! I have netflix..I had no idea i can download movies from netflix?? How do I do that? from the app itself?

    You're downloading them to view them as a stream, not to keep them on your iPad2. :eek:

    haha no no, i knew i could stream them but i thought you meant actually downloading it to keep on my ipad...the reason im trying to download movies to my ipad is because i'm going to be doing a lot of traveling in the next couple months...so streaming may not always be an option :(
