Players just ####ed up big time. Now that part of the season is lost, I expect the owners to go into full ass kick mode. Big big big mistake on the part of players not to get something done before they started losing paychecks.

I'm surprised games canceled as opposed to postponed. Maybe this will get as ugly as we feared. As Stern said, offers get worse from here.

    WojYahooNBA Adrian Wojnarowski
Stern suggests that owner's offers will get worse for players to account for NBA losses during missed games.

A "Gulf" separates you.... Really Stern??? What a douche. The players want 53, the owners want 50. 7 Hours in a hotel room together and they couldnt find a way to deal with this??

The owners are STILL posturing in ill faith to get their 1% of revenue. They think that the players will accept a bad deal if they can just buy time by parading these BS meetings and looking defeated in post meeting interviews.

Your not a great actor Stern. The owners already won the war. The players already lost by already dropping 4% in BRI. Stop negotiating like a used car salesman.

The thing they dont realize is that they might get the fairweather fans back that only pay attention after the Superbowl, but the hardcore basketball fans might break their habit once and for all.

I know me for one, I AM NOT RENEWING MY NBA LEAGUE PASS. IM STREAMING THIS YEAR. Im already getting jipped by missing games, and I bet they jack the price up again this year. HELL TO THE NO.

Thats exactly what happened in the late 90's lockout. However, this time its just talk to play up in the Media from Stern.

Stern just created a war by his silver tongued BS he spits out in the media. Thats why talks will stall now, and ego might drive this lockout into 2012.

Now he has taken stabs at the people that have wasted 1/3 of a year trying to have serious negotiations with him when really he was planning this card all along. Also he is insulting the intelligence of fans.
