Maybe but that's irrelevant...get in anyway you can. My issue is the excuses that will come by McNair if they DON'T make it.
He did hit a 54 yarder also His coach did not give him the opportunity to hit the same kick earlier in the game Rocket River
of course not. Because simple minded folks just blame only one person...the qb. It was a team wide failure...no one is without blame.
Everyone needs to relax. People saying they are done as season ticket holders just chill. I'm not freaking out just yet, neither should you. After six games, how many of you had us at 5-1? Probably not many. How about 4-2? Probably the majority. But 3-3? People would think that the playoffs are already out of reach right? Wrong. We have played two teams that could be superbowl champs every year and a ravens team that is absolutely terrifying on D. I had us penciled in at 4-2, with 3-3 being more than okay, because I know this team would have a hard time against the saints steelers and I'm sure the ravens. Every team in our division lost today so we are still in first place. We can still win next week. We played against the NFL today and a team with heavy hearts. You guys have got to relax. Sure schaub was bad today but its not the end of the world. They will take care of the scrubs they have coming up. Just relax people.
Defense did their job. If Matt didn't give the ball away, and if the raiders didn't have a freak for a kicker, the defense stats would have been incredible.
Perhaps we all do assign some blame to Rackers and most of that will come out in the next few hours but RIGHT NOW the game ended with the QB aka the most important player on the field, making a bad decision to end the game. The blame goes to him first. (Or Kubiak, or whomever )
Defense did do their job. Oakland had great field position due to the offense and special teams and the defense held them to FGs for the most part.
Jacoby Jones was targeted 11 times....1 catch made. Dear Andre Johnson, we miss you! The fans of Houston
Maybe because on the last play of the game he threw a wussy shovel pass looking floater to a well covered receiver that resulted in an interception? He doesn't suck but he definitely deserves a lot of criticism. Yeah, he's made some game winning drives in his career, but in pressure situations he has shown that he's a choker more often than a winner. I guess he'll be known as a QB that put up good numbers on losing teams...personally I'd prefer a QB that just wins...but that's me.
As much I want to see a Texan playoff game I'm affraid it would end up being a huge embarrassment, our head coach and qb don't seem to have the stones to win anything important
if your gonna blame shaub then how can you not praise him for bringing the team down the field to try and score the game winner
