Lindsey Graham on the intimidation of Southern White Males

Lindsey feels that the criticism that rick perry received for ******head just goes along with territory of being a southern white politician. its an intimidation tool you know against those oppressed white guys from the south. you know that disenfranchised group of very non influential people. you know southern white males, don't you feel sorry for them?

really, i wrote in the rick perry thread but i feel it deserves its own topic, if this is how you are going to respond to ******head, than don't expect blacks to eva eva eva vote for you. and to turn it around like perry is a victim? is this your strategy for expanding your base.

we don't expect you to support affirmative action, but we do expect denouncing of ******head. and we don't think that's too much.

i would like the republican not to defend it and instead, say we apologize for the name still being readable.

i really don't care and i never said perry was a racist. i said don't take the tact of defending ******head, even if all you are doing is saying perry isn't racists.

all you need to say is we regret that such an offensive name was still visible.

 

because you as usual are trying to change the goal posts. it isn't really about perry, its about ******head. and when you go through these different defenses and deflections of the topic, you alienate minorities more.

so why do you want to see where the term comes from. since you do, from what i understand, somethings back in the day that resembled a black person were named ******head

 

but the term "******head" isn't the topic, denouncing something that's racist either if its from the past or from the present is. all you have to say is we regret that such a term was still visible. that's it. you don't have to blame perry, the town or whatever.
