Yeah plus I dont think Fitzpatrick will keep it up. Hillis might break out but I like to gamble. My squad got better even if I didnt win the trades.

    QB- Cam Newton
RB- Turner, Beanie Wells, Cedric Benson, etc.
WR- Steve Smith, Santana Moss, Nate Washington, etc.

I took a gamble...But hopefully it pays off...

Uh, yeah no. 270 yards and 2 tds in 3 games is far from busting.

Hillis will be just fine, and end up with more points than Beanie.

Add in Jacobs for depth, and home slice got taken to the cleaners in that trade.

Word out of Cleveland is Hillis is pouting over contract issues, and the team doesn't want to pay him because they think Hardesty is a fine substitute. Apparently the game he sat out involved more than just a sore throat, and things don't seem to be getting better between the two sides. They're even saying that he's clearly not playing as hard as he did last season. I don't like the Hillis situation at all.

Beanie Wells' stock is rising big time right now. Moes is on the money with his comment. I think he made the right decision with the rest of the season in mind. Everyone of those players he added are guys whose stock will rise as the season progresses.

I just got offered Steven Jackson, Larry Fitzgerald, and Stevie Johnson for Matt Forte and A.J Green.
I'd be dumb not to accept, am I right?

Matt Forte has been a top RB this year, you really want to give that up? Unless you have another top RB or great depth at RB I wouldn't trade Forte. Steven Jackson is a significant downgrade at that spot. And remember who Fitzgerald and Johnson's QBs are.... just imo

Traded Julio Jones / Michael Turner and received Stevie Johnson / Chris Johnson.

I think Jones' has incredible upside due to the number of targets he's received this season, but Stevie Johnson has been solid for 2 years now. Chris Johnson/Michael Turner is a wash at minimum, with the possibility of Chris Johnson returning to his 70 yard TD lined up in the slot ways being the main reason I accepted the trade. Hated letting go of Julio though.

That doesn't seem to be the case. Just a bunch of silly yellow journalism. Who expects a guy to play friggin football with strep?

Beanie is riding a touchdown high right now, but he's coming back down to Earth. Meanwhile, PeyPey has nowhere to go but up. Sell high on beaner, dumping a stud RB in a contract year is silly.

Between the two, I'm taking Moore this week. Both are coming off back to back games with lackluster receiving totals, but Moore has found the endzone both weeks. The Texans and Jets are both good against the pass, but the Jets are the best. They've only given up 2 receiving TDs this year, and they both came in the first game against the Cowboys.

I'd make that trade, sell high - buy low.

Fitz will get better as the season goes and he gets more chemistry going with Kolb, remember they only had but a few weeks or so to get adjusted to each other and a somewhat new offense (for Kolb) minus the lock out work outs of course.

Stevie has been money and is obviously the focal point to that offense and if Steven Jackson stays healthy enough the Rams will have to lean on him to win games with Bradford struggling thru that sophmore wall.

I say do it, especially if it adds you depth.

Depends on who your other RBs and WRs are.

If you can afford to lose Forte and need WR help, do it.

I'd probably do it, as long as all 3 will be starting for you. Jackson is a high risk, given his terrible team, and injury history, but I think it is worth that risk.

Hey guys, need some sit/start help:

In a PPR League, my #2 RB- Shonn Greene or Michael Bush this week?

Greene will obviously get more work this week, but Bush has had 3 TDs in the last 3 games.

    Help!

    Shonn Greene

New England's defense is bad, and its suffering more injuries every day. I do think you have to question on how committed the Jets are to running the ball. It has now been a full year since he went over 100 yards rushing, or even 75 yards (excluding postseason).

Now that I've looked at all the factors, I'm starting to feel differently. The fact that he had only 2 TDs all of last year is down right scary. The only positive, other than NE's poor defense is that he did go for 76 and a TD against them in the playoffs last year.

At first, I had the same thought, until I saw Berry's Love/Hate list. Greene on the Hate side and this is what he had to say-

Shonn Greene, RB, Jets (30, 20): Greene likes to play smashmouth football; too bad he's no good at it. According to ESPN Stats & Info's Paul Carr, Greene is averaging 2.2 yards per carry up the middle, which accounts for 26 of his 51 carries. Meanwhile, the Pats were able to limit the San Diego Chargers' backs to 2.9 yards up the middle in their only home game this season. In their three other games, the Chargers have averaged 4.4 yards up the middle, twice Greene's average. You do the math.

While you're right on that point. Greene has been pretty dreadful even while he started the season with the confidence of Rex to carry the full rushing workload in order to keep LT fresh for the playoffs.

Being a Greene owner myself, that hasn't worked out. The guy has been a straight dud so far and Mangold was only out this past game and a few quarters from this recent injury.

I really don't know what the problem is, maybe it's a confidence thing but I really thought the guy would be having the Fred Jackson type season up to this point, how wrong I was... SMH

This would instantly boost my weakest position:

    SEND: J. Flacco, F. Jackson, K. Moreno

    RECEIVE: D. Brees

    YAY or NAY?

    ROSTER:

    QB: K. Kolb, J. Flacco

    RB: R. Rice, F. Jackson, F. Jones, A. Bradshaw, K. Moreno, D. Murray

WR: L. Fitzgerald, Julio Jones, J. Knox, S. Johnson, D. Branch

    TE: J. Graham

    DEF: Eagles

    K: M. Bryant
