Just because the Phillies won I have a small bet on the Tigers tonight. Hard to pass up being an underdog, at home, against Burnett.

An A-Rod strikeout to end the Yankees season, BEAUTIFUL!

Only thing better than the Yankees failing is the Lakers.

    Once again.

NO YANKEES AND NO REDSOX!!! How sweet it is!!!

What a year the fans of Detroit is having. Craphole of a city, with the Lions with the promising start and Tigers.

Goodbye Yanks. Glad for a postseason sans NY/Boston hoopla. If the Cards can steal the series from Phillies, ESPN won't know what to do with itself.

Sporting world is looking apocalyptic right now with the Detroit' Tiger & Lions as well as Wisconsin's Brewers & Packers playing well?

An entertaining series except for the fact that I hate the Yankees so much that even if the game is good, the sight of them make me sick.

    I'm really glad they lost.

Everyone talking about the Yankees pitching, but it was the bats that were their downfall. They should have never resigned A-Rod for that ridiculous amount of money.

I picked the Yanks to win this series. Not because I wanted them to win, but because I thought they had the better chance. I am pleased to have not only the Yankees, but the Braves and the Red Sox out of it already (the latter two never in it to begin with).

I am finding myself rooting against teams rather than rooting for anyone. I dont want the Rangers or the Cards to win it all either.
