Seems there's some **** going down in Seattle tonight too. And we know how crazy those freaks can be!
If You think the people who support occupy Wall Street want to vote for Obama you are nuts. This guy is the worst democrat we could have gotten pissed off at myself for not voting for Hillary. He is bank rolled by Wall Street like no other president before us, and that's why we got screwed by his sorry ass. We have 2 chances in this next election Ron Paul and Gary Johnson other than that we are screwed.
I think if the average American knew more about what actually happens in Wall Street, it wouldn't be "Occupy Wall Street", it'd be "Burn Wall Street". With that said, a lot of traders and quants are good people stuck in bad situations, but the cowboys that run the show are RIDICULOUSLY immoral and unethical.
I was giving Mr. Jones the hits. All he did was reciprocate info straight from the Occupy website (you would know this if you weren't lazy). http://occupywallst.org/article/occupywallstreet-union-march-foley-square-wall-str/ (SEIU, United Auto Workers, United Federation of Teachers, etc...) Obviously these people support Obama which is what I was explaining to the earlier poster.

Who else would they support? It's a just two party system. Your only choices are Obama or Rupert Murdoch. It's pretty clear they wouldn't support the GOP though given a choice they might support a green or populist candidate. What have you got against free speech and the right of free assembly anyway?
Rupert Murdoch has endorsed Hillary Clinton and Obama. He tends to swing every which way when it comes to American politics.
I admit I did not know that. I guess heads are going to roll at Fox. Please replace that part of the comment with Karl Rove.
It's annoying that in the Olbermann-read statement no suggested/demanded changes are offered. It's all well and good to list grievances, and I agree with virtually all of them, but list demands/solutions too. Otherwise it comes across as unclear.
<iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/N8o3peQq79Q" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> what a good reader. i think the solution is to overthrown the government.
1-Ensure derivatives regulation. As a quick example, make sure people who invest in credit-default swaps actually have an insurable interest, such that CDS are not just roving weapons of financial speculation---but actual hedges, like they were designed to be. 2-Regulate the shadow banking system like depository banks are currently regulated. 3-Defend and expand Frank-Dodd such that it is as strong as Glass-Stegall was, especially among the differences between commercial and depository banking. A large reason why 2008 got worse was because AIG, for example, got meddled around with complex financial instruments, and ended up effectively being unable to do its regular ******* job---which would have grounded the American economy (planes would not have been able to fly, as a hypothetical). 4-Further regulate leverage ratios. 5-End the "revolving door" and regulate lobbying. 6-Reveal fiscal conflicts of interest, especially among academics who publish bank-funded research (Mishkin comes to mind). 7-Implement claw-back clauses on executive compensation, and ensure that RISK-ADJUSTED RETURN is the clause that salaries are based on, rather than just return. 8-Replace the "issuer pays" system of credit rating agencies with a financial clearing house system. 9-Criminalize certain aspects that are now relegated to civil fraud. Make much stiffer penalties for executives caught red-handed doing ethically dubious things like knowingly laundering drug money. 10-Make sure any future bailout is attached with severe, and punitive measures such that big banks no longer are seen as having the implicit backing of the Treasury, and thus expand ever outwards thanks to the monopoly power of lower credit cost.
What's this garbage about? They're gonna do one in Houston tomorrow, and if you are in my way, I will run your ass over. Instead of googling this ****, i went to twitter this **** for my search.
Well you got that **** backwards Those people that support Obama support Occupy Wall Street not the other way around. You do realize there are not only democrats down there. I would venture to say the people that started it are more a political than anything. That's why they are there in the first place because we are getting screwed by the left and the right. The only part that sucks is we have to choose someone and there is a 95% chance (arbitrary number from my ass) we are only going to have 2 choices so it will be the lesser of 2 evils. On the evil scale it's Cain < Obama < Romney < Perry < Bachmann < Santorum. I will be voting in the GOP primary for either Johnson or Paul. Say what you want about Paul being a nut case he would make a better President than everyone except maybe Johnson.
The statement linked is from Occupy stating 'We stand in solidarity with the honest workers of: .....'. If Occupy supports these groups than it is a safe assumption they support Obama since all of these groups support Obama (these groups are his biggest donors). RACIST!!!!!!
