Not a huge fan of Apple but man he was always ahead of his time. From the Apple II to Macintosh (and the Mac OS) to Pixar, the ipod, iphone, ipad, etc.. The man is responsible for so much innovation that forms the basis of modern technology. To say his mind will be sorely missed is a massive understatement. Much of our modern technology can be linked directly back to him
I'm watching Attack of the Show and they just announced it and that hot chick was the only one laughing while it was quiet and the male host was being serious. Awkward.
Fitting we all learned of this by using personal computers, smartphones, and tablets. The company he founded changed the game again and again for electronics, and an entire global industry owes so much to his ideas. R.I.P.
RIP Steve Jobs. Was one of the best at what he did and changed the computer/mobile/music player industry like no other.
Might be just a half a hair less important than Edison: there's two movies I wouldn't mind seeing in the next 2-3 years, but definitely had the same amount of fascinating rivalries and professional adversity.
His death was widely expected in the past year or so. If you saw some of his pictures in the past few months, he looked very frail.
She probably does - that's part of Jobs' genius. His innovations were so intuitive, elegant and user friendly that anyone could use them.
Yeah, I knew something was severely wrong with his health when he stepped down when he stepped down from day-to-day operations... This sucks. I'm not a huge fan of Apple, but he is a ******* genius. Apple's huge amount of success is no coincidence. RIP.
I don't like apple products but even if i did, i don't see myself being sad over the creators death. This is shocking to me, all my friends on facebook are commenting about it, and on Attack of the Show, there's a bunch of nerds with teary eyes. Wow. ...then again, people killed themselves when Michael Jackson died. People need to get their priorities straight.
