man people are really down on meachem since colston came back huh? i also have a kicker, we play 2, who is on a bye week, cundiff of the ravens. should i be looking to fill in again? whats the rule on bye weeks? fill every spot that can be played always? like romo has a bye this week, we play 2 QB's i cant be dropping romo though. do i need to drop another bench player and get another QB to fill in for romo while he rides the bench this week?
Thinking about sending Forte and Colston for Fitzgerald and Stevie Johnson. Would you guys do this trade if the other player accepts? My WRs are Jennings, A.J Green, Marques Colston, and Mike Williams (TB). My RBs are Chris Johnson, Matt Forte, DeAngelo Williams, and Daniel Thomas. I'm really weak on WRs because Mike Williams isn't living up to his potential and A.J Green isn't a sure thing most weeks. I feel maybe Thomas can pick up the slack as a RB2 or maybe even McGahee/Torain/Ridley.
Need defense advise: Currently have Philly, which has sucked. In my league, I only have 4 bench spots, so I'm going to have to drop Philly to pick up another team, if you so advise. Options: Philly @ Buf Houston v Oak Tenn @ Pit KC @ IND Thoughts? Do I really want to drop Philly just to pick up another D this week? Steelers Offense has kinda sucked to say the least, and if Bens foot still bothers him, Tenn D could come up with some good numbers. Ind is 0-4 without much offense, would KC be the best option?
Not many, I had to pick up the Titans against a banged up Big Ben and possibly no Mendenhall, the guy I'm playing picked up the Bengals D. I like Bradshaw but I desperately need a 2nd receiver, I have nothing but 3rd or 2nd string options on my bench besides Fitz.
I'm doing it, since Branch has disappointed in back to back weeks, and I'm growing concerned. Lloyd is a legit #1 guy. AJ Green is a riskier play (Rookie WR with rookie QB). I also don't believe Jones can make it through the entire season healthy.
I've got Cincy in one league, Tennessee in the other. Another potential good one is Detroit. If Chicago is forced to pass, the sacks will be there.
Color me crazy, but I really like AJ Green and I think he's only going to get better as the season progresses. That kid is elite WR material.
I like Green a lot too (I have him, and he's put up solid games in 3 of the 4 games), but he is a riskier player than Lloyd.
I have Andre Johnson out this week and my 4th/5th WRs have bye weeks. Who do I replace Andre with for week 5? Free Agent Options: Kevin Walter, Jacoby Jones, Michael Crabtree, Brandon LaFell, Michael Jenkins, Preston Parker. I'm leaning to Walter or Parker... but not sure. All players have decent matchups this week.
I picked up heyward-bey and Antonio brown. I'll start heyward-bey simply because big Ben sucks and everything is going wrong for that offense.
I think Brandon Lloyd will probably end up with another 1200 yard season if Denver sticks with Orton. Decker has found some success too. Denver's passing offense is gold because they're behind so much. AJ Green is a stud, but I thought he'd struggle with Dalton... doesn't seem to be the case. Julio Jones is still going to have a better season, but Green could end up with more TDs.
Was offered the following... Get: Jermichael Finley Matthew Stafford Ryan Torain Give: Matt Forte Eric Decker Marques Colston or Get: Jermichael Finley Tim Hightower Matthew Stafford Give: Matt Forte Steve Smith Ben Roethlisberger I think this guy is full of poop.
