Mad Max was/is a headcase too; not to compare the two, but its too early to throw T-Will out to the dogs yet.
I honestly think he will with McHale. On a side note: I don't care what anyone says, that was a sucker punch and Mayweather should be ashamed of himself.
At least he's in great shape and working hard. I hope the rest of the squad has the discipline to be in top shape once/if the lockout ends. I wish there were some Hasheem Thabeet videos showing how driven he was to make it. Keep up the good work T-Will.
T Will really likes the camera. Here he is in 2009 unknowingly interviewing teammates. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/w5mFBmrZ_iU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
God's Gift. On another note, he definitely has many of the tools and talent to be a star player. Hopefully this lockout has changed his mindset and attitude.
Who are all those caught dayum free loaders hangin out at his house drinkin his Goose and eating his fryed chicken and collart greenz? The only one I'd keep around is 3:39. The rest of them can all GTFO!
I don't see him changing anytime soon and my guess he will realise too late he should've been humble instead of running his mouth. He's like Tracy Mcgrady at the end of his Rockets stint without the career (stats)
I think its natural to spin things to benefit you. I do think twill does some of that with his vids. I do believe the changing in coaches will help the young guys out so much. That's what the wolves guys always raved about with mchale. We are a young team now. As with the boxing, it was clearly the team. Watching the fight + doing some boxing training, he likes boxing. Guys on here judge pretty hard. Im sure you have more lax standards for yourself tho. Look at Kyle playing COD, and the reaction and his performance this year. It's ok to have hobbies. That being said, being that we traded a pick for him - I hope he gets a fair shot. He def has downsides and pride comes before the fall but Morey made this trade and the coaching change clearly benefits someone like Twill. Moreys draft / young prospects record is better than most GMs so hopefully we get to see what he was thinking when they made this risky trade.
theme not team. twill is ambitious, has been staying in shape, if he truly doesn't drink that's good too. Twill has his flaws which have been talked about much but he's got some good habits which don't get mentioned so much. I see a little bit of myself in him. JUST a little bit! So I hope he succeeds.
You're contradicting yourself and Maxwell was not a headcase, just extremely driven and influenced by the wrong people (criminals, drug users and such). Maxwell wasn't humble either but at least was willing to work his but off on the court. Off the court as well, but he was gifted with a body not many are blessed with. Bullard I think recalled him coming into the gym eating burgers and never gaining any weight. Williams from the minutes I've seen him play doesn't work hard at all, he think he's accomplished something already. On offense he wants to do his own thing, even more so than a guy like Wafer. The guy is talented and has shown to be a good passer with vision. He keeps his body in shape, though not sure if it's for the right reasons. T-Will, you will....never make it until you stop playing fool like Mr.T.
the difference between playing COD and boxing is that COD doesn't cut into your physical energy like boxing. Boxing too much may tire him out for basketball drills/practice. I just believe to become better at something you have to actually practice that something. Boxing is great to look good, stay in shape, and be good at boxing itself, but he's a basketball player, not a boxer. I hope he's working on his game a lot more than boxing.
Why are y'all mad about him boxing? Boxing is great for conditioning. He's a basketball player, so I wouldn't worry that he's not working on basketball skills enough. This episode was based on "Fight Night."
