Gates is making fast progress, I really hope he sits out though. The Broncos seem like a trap game in Denver (not to mention its a divisional game) so we can't go in their assuming we can do what Rodgers did. However, McMichaels is really filling in nicely and if Gates sits out this week I believe we can have him at around 80-90% vs the Jets in 3 weeks since we have the bye after this week. That bye came at an amazing time for us to heal up and get ready for the tougher part of the schedule. Surprisingly, injuries haven't been too much of a downer us with the exception of Sanders.
Hey rather see that than read articles like this after a 4-0 start http://espn.go.com/espn/commentary/story/_/page/hill-111004/ndamukong-suh-changes-detroit-lions-culture-more-even-barry-sanders-did
Oh wow.....how long can she keep riding the "black chick who can take sports words and put them together and make a story out of it" train? Surely it's got to be running out of gas?

Stopped reading after I saw the author and title, really stupid piece. I've been a Bears fan my entire life so was pretty familiar with Sanders, personally I think he should have and would have had the rushing title instead of Emmitt Smith if he hadn't retired. I've never seen a running back like him since.
The spread on that game is a lot lower than I would think considering how good the chargers/bad the broncos are. But I had the same feeling you did, this has trap game written all over it, even if the Chargers win, I see it on a last second drive to win by a FG or so. So I stayed away from it.
Only two bets this weekend Vikes (-2.5) 6.5 Point Teaser: Bengals (+9.0) Vikes/Cards O 38. Feel pretty confident in these two. After the Vikes being humbled against the Chiefs they're at home against the Cards looking for that first win. Sunday should be that day. Vikes and Cards are both giving up over 20 a game, I can't see the Cards slowing down Peterson who is going to be in beast mode trying to get that first win. Likewise I don't see them holding Kolb to anything less than 2 TDs, then throw is some FGs. I'll shoot someone if Bengals +9 doesn't pan out, Jags have put up 16, 3, 10, and 10 in their 4 games. Bengals D is real tough, even in a loss they'd have to be almost shut out to lose by more than 9.

Chargers haven't looked too great, despite their record. The combined record of the teams they beat is 1-11, they should have dominated their opponents, but haven't.
Well the Eagles have made more shifts on their offensive line as they have now moved the rookie D. Watkins to right guard instead of E. Mathis.
Well that sucks for them. A win is a win and everyone knows that anything can happen each and every week. We haven't played up to our full potential but we haven't played bad either. We are 3-1. "You are what your record is".
Chargers need to fix some of their red zone issues , it hurts them that Gates isn't playing at all . Gates is a huge target , but he is even bigger when the field shrinks .
When I read this: I went: Barry Sanders is probably the greatest player of all time. With respect to Jerry Rice, I'd call Barry at least even with Jerry.
