It's Smith, but Cushing deserves some love, he is in on most plays, very active. Watt hasn't been as visible as I thought he would, still learning.
I wanted to say someone else to be different, but thinking on it... Antonio Smth as well He played consistent last year but did not get the pressure on a consistent basis. I can honestly see Antonio being a threat to get one sack every game...and I think you can too. At the end of the reg. season, if he even approaches 15-16 sacks as a 3-4 DE, and wow...but the production s a combo of having a very nice front 7...Watt was better than we all thought. Mario proved he is still super. Barwin is ideal in a 3-4 sheme and is showng a lot.
I will also vote for the ninja: http://www.houstontexans.com/tv-media/videos/On-the-Nose-with-Shaun-Cody-Ninjas/8d7a1aad-e75d-4057-be2b-859ed0f557d6
i'm not sure that's because he has gotten that much better. our much improved pass rush gives WRs less time to run their routes giving them less time to outrun kareem
Agree on Antonio with Barwin a close second. Cushing has been good but is rookie season it seemed like he made an impact play every game. 4 sacks, 4 interceptions, etc. Wish we would contribute a few more of those.
kareem jackson, he only falls 2 times per games now, last season he was falling 9 times per game. LOL  But I agree that Smith has improved a lot.
