we can't stop a soul, but i really like briles. going for it on that 4th and 1 with a lead? not every coach does that.
Briles did that a ton here, and with good reason. His special teams is constantly sketchy, and his best defense is always his offense. Plus he's a gambler by nature, but he plays the odds. When Sherman punted on 4th and 1 at the Arkansas 40 yard line in the 3rd quarter while ahead by two scores... only to net 15 yards... I just shook my head. What a total turtle move.
McClain_on_NFL Baylor has a top-10 offense but defense and special teams that will be the Bears' undergoing. You mark my word. Even pancakes knows what's up. Although I'm not sure what language he's trying to speak. Maybe those fat fingers caused a few typos via his blackberry. He also forgot to mention penalties. 112th in penalty yards per game, oof.
undergoing? yeah, no kidding John. our defense will likely keep us from a national championship bid captain obvious strikes again. i'm surprised he didn't drop a "did you see me in that movie" or "bo eason wrote a play" in that tweet.
undergoing is my new favorite word. i'm going to use it in a sentence "Being a trick azz busta will be his undergoing."
Game on the line in that drive and there's a 15 yard personal foul to start it off. That stuff is inexcusable at this point in Briles' career. edit* Now the INT, which is basically on Baylor's doorstep because of the penalty!
He made the big kick against TCU but he's only a sophomore and missed his last attempt by a mile. I'm still disappointed about the missed call in the first half. We should have 3 or 7 points more on the board.
