Posting this not for Tmac or any specific player

Anyways start from 8:15. Can't believe how many shots Philadelphia missed on that one. I think i developed high blood pressure watching those last seconds back in 2004.

wow....look at how lively tmac is, and how he high-fived everyone at the end of the game. We need a superstar again, we need someone to lift the team and the city on their shoulders....

I like how T-Mac stepped up and guarded Allen Iverson as well

Granted T-mac was a superstar at the height of his career, but he was far from a team leader or put a city on his shoulders. Only if he could consistently show that passion we might have been a contender.

When did T-Mac do this again? Definitely not in Toronto or Orlando; fans still boo him today. I know you are not talking about Houston either, as we never got out of the first round with T-Mac putting us on his shoulder.

Again, where did he carry us? Again, not past the first round. Results matter my friend and T-Mac has not carried us anywhere. You want to talk about superstars who carry their team, then talk about Hakeem who carried us by himself to a ring. Talk about Iverson who carried his team to the finals. Real superstars carry teams farther with less.

hakeem was an all time great, and even then I think overall his team had more talent than some of the teams tmac had.

as far as Iverson goes....do u know HOW ****ty the eastern conference was that year???

TMac carried Houston. His teams sucked.

Despite playing fantastically in the playoffs, his team still lost. In the end, he is not a winner despite being amazing.

    It's pretty much that simple.

Sucks we didn't have a supporting cast around the time of Yao and T-Mac's prime.

Ironic isn't it? Before, we had the superstars but no supporting cast, now we have a great roster full of role players but no superstar.

This is a pretty weak argument considering T-Mac was in the same ****ty eastern conference.
