My problem was I kept thinking I could wait one more round for Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower and ended up missing out on both. Makes me real mad about Hightower.
What's your WR situation? If you are thin at WR and have no need for Moreno I might take a chance on Plaxico. Maybe try to squeeze another low end RB out of them just to cover yourself
Anybody with Ryan Mathews: Rotoworld reported that he didn't practice today. Twitter beat writer San Diego: mgehlken Michael Gehlken Ryan Mathews says he will return to action Friday and "it'll be a full-speed practice." Trainer said this morning to rest it 1 more day.
Roster: QB: J. Flacco, K. Kolb RB: R. Rice, F. Jackson, A. Bradshaw, F. Jones, K. Moreno, D. Murray WR: L. Fitzgerald, S. Johnson, D. Branch, Julio Jones, J. Knox TE: J. Graham DEF: Eagles K: C. Barth Speaking of this, what should my starting lineup be this weekend? This is what I am thinking: QB: Kolb RB: Rice, Jackson, Bradshaw WR: Fitzgerald, Johnson TE: Graham DEF: Eagles K: Barth
Yeah, that's what I would go with. As far as the trade, I'd probably just hang on to Moreno. At best Plaxico would be your 5th best receiver and a healthy Moreno could be a decent flex option week in and week out. (Emphasis on healthy)
Check this trade: RECEIVE Boldin Gore Green-Ellis Colston SEND: Mike wallace Starks Thomas These are my actual WRs: Mike wallace, reggie wayne, Julio Jones, Decker My actual RBs: mccoy, starks, thomas, addai Or the same person sent this other trade: SEND: wayne/starks RECEIVE: gore, green ellis. Idont know about doing the first trade, I dont know about gore, and green ellis looks like going down, in the other hand, wallace and starks are moving up, so I may regret trading them, but I need RBs. Thanks in advance for the help.
If you trade Mike Wallace, you need to get at worst Ryan Mathews, Matt Forte, Fred Jackson. Not gore, ben-ellis. I personally believe you are stronger at RB than WR. Danial Thomas just posted a monster day. I'd try to trade wayne and starks for fred jackson if I were you.
thanks for the advice, I got it now but its actually pierre thomas not daniel thomas. big difference.
That's for reiterating what I already stated before, plenty of times. The loss of Peyton Manning ruined my Austin Collie pick as a viable number 2, really didn't think he'd be out all year at the time of draft. I have hella depth at RB tho, I figured I could make a good deal even if I didn't draft a good #2 (Turner, Bradshaw, Best, Greene, and Tolbert) so eh, it should improve, one of these days.
It does make a bit of a difference. Your rb are not as strong as I thought. However, advice remains. I wouldn't trade mike wallace at all. I'd try to trade reggie for fred jackson if i could. Otherwise I'd just keep what I have and hope for the best. You could also maybe try and get mcgahee for wayne if you are bold enough to gamble that moreno is not going to be good this year. It is a HUGH gamble, but at this point you need SOMETHING to go right.
That's a pretty bold prediction considering he doesn't have a single rushing td so far. He did look good last week though.
