Honestly, I don't see why you would do that trade. They are similar players. But you already have a SF I think

We can always do Chauncey for Ty straight up. 11.5 million in cap space will magically open up for you if you do.

 

He is ineligible. He only played 29 games last season.

 

Looking at the available bugs left, is say your best bet is through trade. Plenty of people are interested in billups.
