Over who? I don't like Tate going forward, if Foster is indeed returning. He's probably not going to get more than 12 touches a game and he's not going to be used in the red zone.
Should I play at WR: The dead hooker impersonating Mike Williams (TB) vs IND Eric Decker @ GB Torrey Smith vs NYJ Should I play at RB: Benson vs BUF Wells vs NYG
Who should I play: 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 2 WR Out of these players: MJD vs. NO Michael Turner @ Seattle Fred Jackson @ Cincy Ahmad Bradshaw @ Arizona Beanie Wells vs. NYG Daniel Thomas @ SD Desean Jackson vs. SF Brandon Marshall @ SD Brandon Lloyd @ GB Nate Washington @ Cleveland
I should have known better than to trust a rookie Bucs receiver after the great Michael Clayton debacle of 2005. And Freeman's numbers last year were grossly exaggerated. If you took away one game where he threw 4 TDs, his numbers were extremely pedestrian.
I'm sure you meant to say 2 RBs, so: MJD is a must play against a terrible Saints run D. Jackson is my next choice, even though this is the 1st good D he has played. Jackson - SF has been giving up points to WRs like crazy Lloyd - Even though people think the Packers have some great secondary, they've given up the 2nd most passing yards in the NFL. Turner for your last spot.
Williams was so dependent on TDs last year. I thought people were too high on him. Though he is worth the risk if you can get him cheap enough.
What about Washington. I just picked him off of waivers now that Britt's out for the season. He actually has more receptions than Britt this year. Not sure how good the Browns' secondary has been this year though.
This is exactly what I was afraid of. I didn't even draft him by choice as he was autodrafted when I stepped out for a round. The Bucs can't even use Blount correctly; their offense just plain sucks.
They've been decent. I want to see Washington do it is a the top dog. I worry that more double coverages might hurt his value. I will say that I like him enough that I started him over Boldin last week, and am doing it again this week in my PPR league.
I did notice that, but I still drafted him in one league as I thought he'd be at least a viable WR2. Arrelious Benn was supposed to step up this year and give Freeman a speedy WR to complement the more possession oriented Williams. With Miles Austin as my WR1, its a good thing I drafted for depth at the position with Meachem, Holmes, Julio Jones, and Jerome Simpson as my backups.
What do you think of my roster in general? I have too many good RB's and want to turn some into other pieces. I might have to do something like flipping them for a good defense or something (I have Brees at QB, so no need for upgrade there). I'm thinking of offering Beanie Wells for Ravens D.
I'm high on Cutler this week. He's at home vs. the worst pass defense in the NFL. Should be a 300 yard multiple touchdown day for him.
I'd love to have that roster. I would look to trade a RB for a top flight WR. I like Brandon Lloyd, but it is concerning that Orton has fallen in love with Decker, so it may cost him some looks. I'd try to land a deal for Andre or Calvin if I was you. If you can't make a deal for one of them, go for Roddy White. Too much to give up for a defense. I believe in playing defenses based on matchups.
I literally traded Kenny Britt 1 day before he tore his ACL. Britt+Bradshaw+Big Ben for Brees+AJ Green Kinda felt bad for the other guy for a minute, but hey... thats life in fantasy football.
I think Mike Williams is a bit oversold at this point. You'd be nuts to bench him for one of those guys. He is still the #1 WR for the Bucs. (Edit -- I have to admit, Decker does look tempting considering the GB secondary has been unexpectedly porous this year, but I still more comfortable with Williams). Bills allowing 8th most points to RBs, and Benson is playing this week. Start him.
Trading devery hendersen for Santana moss It's a ppr league so moss would be more valuable esp with colston coming back correct? I also have colston so I think it's pointless having both saints wrs Correct thinking?
