    I would have to veto that.

    moving up 11 spots from 5th to 4th is not equal to moving up 8 spots from the 7th to the 6th.

    It's general knowledge--the higher the round, the greater the value in moving up.

    Giving up less spots in a later round is automatically not a good trade.
