Forte and Hightower are healthy and would be more consistent. Foster is due for a breakout in Week 4, but I'm not so sure about Gore, he may or may not play. I'd say Forte and Hightower.
Foster is going to try and come back and play a full game for the first time this year... against the Steelers nonetheless and you expect him to breakout???
Forte and Hightower if you're risk-averse. Foster and Gore if you want to roll the dice for big payoff. I'm going with latter.
Pick 3 WRs: Greg Jennings vs. Denver Mike Williams (TB) vs. Indy A.J. Green vs. Buffalo Robert Meachem vs. Jacksonville Denarius Moore vs. NE Nate Washington vs. Cleveland Jennings is an automatic start so actually help me pick 2. Mike Williams has been really disappointing so far and I want to keep sticking with him, but I'm looking at starting Meacham (consistent TDs) and Washington (getting a lot of targets). What do you guys think?
Was offered the following: SEND: S. Johnson and D. Sproles RECEIVE: G. Jennings and M. Tolbert YAY or NAY?
Are you serious? The guy didn't want to give up Jennings a week ago, but now wants Steve Johnson back? I'm going to say no, though most people probably say yes. Tolbert is losing playing time in SD, and though he has 20 receptions on the year, he only had 25 all of last year, so I'm not sure he maintains that high rate. To me, it seems like a lateral move.
I'm going to say no to this deal to. I think Stevie Johnson has become elite and Sproles is on an uptick. Tolbert will have a few good weeks, but he is falling faster than a box of rocks. I might even put Stevie ahead of Jennings at this point. The guy is that good.
Impossible to answer without knowing important things like size of your league, who's on your roster, and who else is available.
I'm thinking about sitting David Nelson think week against Cincy. Am I crazy, or is this a smart move? I plan on playing: Mario Manningham (ari) Danarius Moore (ne) Santana Moss (stl) Mike Wallace (hou) I could also replace a wr for one of these backs: Stewart, Helu, Kendall Hunter
I love me some Steive Johnson too. He's my favorite player in the league. He can flat out play and he's got got an auara about him. He's not the biggest, strongest, fastest or quickest but he has good hands, runs clean routes and has a knack for scoring. I think with the emergence of Fitzmagic and other Bills receivers he's going to continue to upon his breakout year.
Agreed. Johnson is legit. He's got an old school feel to him. Its Fred Jackson that worries me. I've always liked the guy but hes performing at an all-time high right now. Does the Bills new found air attack open up the run game permanently? Or has his performance been an anomaly? I've thought about trying to swing him for a Chris Johnson.
