LOL. Foster goes down for 3 games because of his hammy and everyone is quickly to **** on him. Clutchfans is a funny place sometimes.

Who's trying to talk to you? lol

I maybe a ringless Chargers fan but at least I'm not a washed up Raider fan who thinks Darren McFadden is the second coming of Bo Jackson. You will always be mediocre, you love talking **** even though we owned your ass for like 4-5 seasons straight. How do you win every division game and still manage to finish in 3rd? Mon now' Moes, you get a little bit of a daylight, a 2-1 mark 3 games into the season and you're jumping around this board with your chest high. No. You have a bunch of great dirty players who have been continuously shooting themselves in the ****ing foot averaging like 100+ penalty yards a game for a good 4 years now.

You talk all that **** about Matt Cassell but you have Jason Campbell as your QB. I'd rather have Norv as my coach than a poor mans Dante Culpepper.

    See you week 10 neckbeard.

I can't wait to stomp some Charger *******. McFadden goes for 200 in Week 10 probably.

Campbell has a QB rating over 90 brah.

People forget that Foster was the leading rusher last season.

He will come back to form and people will be saying, McFadden who?

And McFadden plays well in his first 3 games coming off a solid year for the first time and everyone is quick to crown him.

Clutchfans is indeed a funny place.

I like McFadden and I like Foster too but they're not on ADP's level. AD has never rushed for less than 1300 yards except for 1 year at 1298 and he's never scored single digit TD's. He's done this for 4 years in a row. And he's done this being the only legit offensive threat in his offense for many of those years facing 8 in the box and a stacked line. I'll agree Foster was the best Running back last year and McFadden looks like the best so far this year but talk to me after they do it at least 2 if not 3 or 4 years in a row.

I'll take McFadden over Foster at this point, Foster ran behind a Pro Bowl FB and arguably the league's best O-line last season.

If he comes back and runs for 400 yards in 3 games, I'll retract my statement.

In order to be known as the best, you must prove you can do it for more than one season. AP has been consistent every year his been a pro. btw what is your race?

    Hello there Homer.

Odds that Foster fades into oblivion along with Domanick Davis and Steve Slaton as short-term great RBs?

    Right now I'd say 2 to 1.

What does 'short term' mean? I guess Terell Davis was great in the short term, but I'd rather have him in his prime than McFadden.

If you mean that you believe Foster is done in the NFL, that is silly, and I'll take your offered betting terms for a couple of hundred dollars if you really mean it.

McFadden's been doing this for what? 3 games?

Foster has been doing if for more than a year now.

After such a small sample size?

Until further notice, Foster is the 2nd best RB in the league.

Pretty much. He started only 5 games in 2008 and 7 in 2009. Last season was really only his full season to shine and he put up good numbers (nowhere near Foster's though). Now Mcfadden starts off this year great and people are jumping on his bandwagon. It's funny how 3 great games will claim you as the best in the league.

Until Mcfadden matches what foster did last year, then he's not better than foster. I still think Foster is the overall better RB because of his running style (cuts, jukes, long strides, etc.). Mcfadden is good but not as good as Foster.

Foster runs behind one of the best O-lines in the L. Tate averages 4.6 yards per carry in his first year for god sakes, and 5th in the ENTIRE LEAGUE in yards.

Houston is still 5th in rushing as a team.

Foster is the better all-around back but playing behind that line helps a ton. If Foster misses the entire year, Tate probably will surpass 1300+ yards rushing.

People disrespecting AP is crazy. AP is the #1 back in this league as he does it year in and year out. Every player can have one great year, or 2. That's all fine and dandy, but the great ones do it EVERY year. If he gets as much as carries as other backs, he would put up ridiculous #s. Unfortunately, he has played for some stupid ass head coaches throughout his career, and average QBs.

It's like saying Stafford is a top 5 QB after a great 3 game streak. C'mon people..

And it's just a matter of time before Chris Johnson gets his grove back and regains his spot as a top 3 RB.

20$ tipjar bet, Mcfadden doesen't play 16 games this season.

I'm not so sure about CJ. Haven't watched the Titans play yet, but just wondering if he's having motivation problems as a result of the new contract (as in $30MM signing bonus). Surely he won't continue at 2.1 yards/carry the entire season, but we might not see the old CJ again. I'll be surprised if he ends up a top 3 RB by season's end. Something must be wrong.
