It means you get his current pick (#5) and his pick in the 4th, which is also the #5 pick.

lol no...it means the draft order is reverse in even rounds...for example you have pick #4 in rounds 1,3,5...etc, but pick #13 in rounds 2,4,6...etc

So it's my 2nd and 3th for your 2nd and 4th, and then the draft order is reverse in even rounds, if it's that I would make this deal.

 

The trade would give FrancisFan your pick this round, which is #13, and your pick next round, which is #4.

You would get his pick, which is right now (#5), and his pick in the 4th round, which is also #5. You wouldn't have a 3rd rounder, but you would have 2 4th round picks.
