If Blake Griffin and the two star PGs fall to me I don't know who I'd choose. Wish I could pick Lebron again...
That's a tough decision. PG and PF are both deep positions. I'm really hoping one of my top 5 choices falls but if not I have no idea who to go with at no. 6.
Hey I am from Singapore so I need to go to sleep now. May be waking up around 8 hrs later or something. Worried that it would be my turn so here's a list of what I want to pick. Lebron James, if taken then kevin durant, if taken then D wade
Oh my bad. Well I can't turn back time. Maybe a little mind game then to see whether what Redredemption and RocketsRed14 will choose when they know what are my picks.
It's not a big deal now, though. Everyone knows who the superstars are so you won't be able to catch anyone by surprise with your pick here.
This. I don't think it should matter how many trades you make. If someone wants to improve/ruin their team, it is their business.
In the case that the top 5 guys on my board are taken by no. 6, I would like to trade down to the no. 10 pick. I want something more than just a 2nd round swap, though.
well, my two cents is that many trades ruins the point of a draft. I mean, we had teams finishing up with a line-up consisting with player they did not draft. Yes, there are trades that happen in a draft, but i think drafts should be more about how well you are able to build a championship team by drafting the right players for a team and not how well you can "morey" or "efryll" people. You get 3 chances to upgrade positions and it limits peoples idea of trading their stars for "assets".
Here is something to note--no one has won one of these drafts without a top 5 pick. Those picks are like gold.
yeap your right even with two solid teams people vote for the superstars depth means nothing to anyone
I agree trades are keep me entertained but maybe we can enforce something like we must keep two of our top four picks make them our franchise players.......we do it online when we play 2k11 so people dont trade their whole teams
Red tried to make his pick last night, but he didn't wanna go before I picked. He should've though, cause it was obvious I was gonna choose Dwight. He's in school for another hour or so.
I like that idea. The first two picks taken can be keepers so you can't dramatically makeover your team or pull a torque and trade later round players for 1st/2nd rounders (Westbrook, CP3)
IMO if a player falls to me and doesnt fit my team im going to draft him to try and trade him later if we limit it to the first four rounds then it will be better. Say you take Kobe with your first pick but Manu ginobli falls all the way down to your next pick and he is the highest rated on your board you can try and trade him or kobe........so what I say is we can pick our top four picks to make them our franchise players
ok, i will pick by by 3:45. Updated Rules: 1. You must have 2 Franchise players that are untradable 2. Players who did not play more than 42 games are ineligible. 3. Injuries must be taken into account. All players will play, but are limited by their injuries. 4. No rookies Anyone disagree? Update if needed.
Updated Rules: 1. You must have 2 Franchise players selected from your 1st 4 picks that are untradable 2. Players who did not play more than 42 games are ineligible. 3. Injuries must be taken into account. All players will play, but are limited by their injuries. 4. No rookies also my other idea was to limit starters to only 30 mpg so the bench has more impact but thats for you guys to decide on
