    This is part 3 of the all nba draft with updated rules, and only 16 teams this time around. So far the list of people in the draft is as follows:

    1.RedNation
    2.Jmcballer
    3.Torque
    4.VBG
    5. Rocketsred14
    6. lwqbulb
    7. Jamers
    8. Jeff Who
    9. Ubigman,
    10.thething
    11.spooner
    12. RowdyRicky
    We need 4 more people so if you are interested, insert your name into the list.

    We are doing 12 man rosters in this draft instead of 8. Also, there will be no free agency, no newly drafted rookies, and a 3 hour limit to make your pick. If it is later than 10 at night, you will have time in the morning to make your pick.

    The hard cap will be determined by a poll. For player salaries, use http://www.hoopsworld.com/2010-11-nba-salaries/

    For anyone that wants to join but is too late, I will write down your username and let you know if anyone drops out, or if we need a replacement for someone who is not active in the draft.
    The drafting order will be determined once all 16 spots have been filled up.

    I think its a good idea to do the actual lux tax limit. $70,307,000.

    Well I live in Singapore but I can try to make the timing but I am afraid I may be asleep when you guys are picking. Just update me the timing of the picks. Will check out this thread often.

    Will the $5 difference from the last draft really make a significant difference? At least do $65 so it's more restrictive

    I'm hoping we can get the last 2 by today so I can randomize the order. I won't be around much tomorrow. After tomorrow ill be here most of the time though.

    I'm interested to see what the new guys will do. Seems like we all got to know each other a lot in this draft.

    Also, do the rules I put up still apply? still apply?
