currently have Chicago DEF (they play at home against Green Bay) ...would you pickup Cowboys DEF on waiver wire? they play MNF home game against Redskins
what other defense do you have to pick up, you can pick up Arizona DEF against Seattle for this game.
top 5 waiver wire DEF options for this week below: Cowboys DST vs. WAS Redskins DST @DAL Patriots DST @BUF Titans DST vs.DEN Cardinals DST @SEA
This is actually an interesting deal. Hillis for Blount. Hmmmm This is a situation were Blount has value and upside that I like. Tell me, is this a ppr league, in which case you probably have to hold onto to Hillis. If not, I say go for it.
Does this trade make sense to make to you guys? I have team #1: Team 1 Rodgers + Turner + Collie (or filler of one of my receivers) for Team 2 Rivers + Peterson + Stevie Johnson Do y'all feel like I need to offer more?
I think you would need to offer more to make it "even". It's not at a protestable point or anything... but Team 1 is definitely getting the better side Overall, Rodgers is a relatively small upgrade over Rivers over the course of a season. Maybe you can increase that a little bit due to their current performances AP > Turner by more than Rodgers > Rivers...regardless of how you look at Rodgers and Rivers. But it's close. To me, with Rodgers/Turner for Rivers/AP, you have a deal where Team #1 still makes out better for sure...but you can make it work logically + current performances can change opinions on that But then when you add in Collie or filler WR for Steve Johnson...that's a HUGE advantage for Team #1 (getting Steve Johnson). Which throws the trade out of balance.
It makes it interesting. Slice off an entire game's worth of production for Hillis and things start getting more equitable. See if you can't squeeze a WR out of him if you need one, etc.
I guess to me, at this point, "slicing a game off" doesn't really matter. It's not about total production.. if you eliminate this week and say Hillis is much more productive week-to-week going forward, that's fine to me. If, on draft day, you told me you KNOW the difference is all going to come in 1 week, I'd take the guy who's missing the week every time
I've been actively trying to get Steve Smith or Wes Welker for him, to no avail yet. In other news I started Hillis and got burned with a goose egg.
I started Steve Smith, Deion Branch, and DeSean Jackson today. A grand total of 4 points between them. I don't think I could've f***ed that up any worse if I tried.
started AJ green, of course the bengals play a terrible game, worst offensive game in a long time. jordy nelson on the bench, prob will have a great game.
