2003 Mac had 30.3 PER, Kobe never was above 28. If you compare advanced stats, Toronto and Orlando T-Mac dominated Kobe in every single advanced stat. Also think abotu his better playmaking. To say he never was better or on the same level is pure hate and blindness.

Thanks for the video, can this please not turn into an argument of Tracy vs. Kobe ?? Just enjoy the good times!

Those numbers dont even began to tell the story.. T-Mac is/was, a one of a kind talent...Kobe's not.... There will always ultra athletic players that resemble Kobe's game...

    Kobe perfected his art though.

But the way T-Mac played was like he was born to ball

Ya it's like what JVG said in that conference, Tmac was a "1000 hrs of practice" kind of player. Natural talent-wise, Tracy was on a whole other level compared to Kobe but Kobe put in the hours perfecting his game while Tracy was content with what he had naturally.

Ultimately, when Tracy decided he wanted to be a winner and got that want-to (somewhat), his body failed him unfortunately.

 I agree Tmac was better than Kobe at a point, but trying to say that Kobe isn't a unique talent of his own..?

Always amaze me that with a 6"8 SG and a 7"6 C. Rox is always one of the shortest team around.

Not gonna preach , because I'd be talkin to my inner ear, but there are/were plenty Kobe impressionalist .... True, they may not have the drive and desire to be great like him...But name a player who you can honestly say have the game of T-Mac in his glory days....

The quality isn't the best. But still shows Mcgrady with the game winner against Kobe and the Lakers.
