Dude rammed his shopping cart into my car in a parking lot. looked at the ding, then got in his car and burned off. It all took about 15 seconds. I saw it all and he looked at me realizing it was my car when he drove off. I wasn't sure it cause a ding or anything till he was driving off and I saw it close up. YOU KNOW, WE ARE LIVING IN A SOCIETY HERE! Spoiler
where were your guns at? you should have pulled out that AK47 out of your pants. were you parked in two lanes? If this was the grocery store, did you get the last peanut butter or something?
I know just what you mean: people are such jerks. For example, I was putting my groceries in my car the other day when my cart slipped away and dinged some guy's door. Total accident, right? No harm, no foul. I look up and see the guy coming after me with murder in his eyes, so I got in my car and burned off. It all took about 15 seconds. Spoiler
He had a magnetic business sign on his SUV and I know his plate but what can I do with that? I guess the best case is tell my insurance but once he denies it there is nothing they can do. I am less worried about retribution than I am how crappy of a human do you have to be to do something like that. That's just weak.
Should have followed him home, found where he lived. Then, go back, grab a shopping cart, bring it to his house and ram his car with it. Be sure to leave the cart there so he knows why it happened.
I'm not so sure, myself. I've always heard people say to take a pic of the car (license?). But technically with the security cameras at the parking lots, you have clear evidence that he did the crime. But I doubt they'd give you the tape... and besides, all that work... don't think it's worth it.
