    This severely screws VY

Wait . . .he quit? I thought the blowup was because he wanted to play. I thought it was his hand? I thought it was JEff-Fisher-Can-Do-No-Wrong-so-It-Has-To-Be-VY's-Fault?

Come on RR...his pouts and refusal to reenter a game because he was booed are well documented. even when he's being released by his team, VY lovers still can't admit how horrible he is.

Yeah Vince's problem in Tennesssee boiled down to the fact that Jeff Fisher kept trying to play him too much.....lol.

His problem boiled down to that he's incredibly immature and he is also very stupid.

He's certainly not an elite QB, but I can see why he would make that argument while trying to get a job. He was top 5 in QB Rating this year, and I believe he has one of the best winning percentages of any QB ever at this stage of their careers.

He's in salesman mode trying to find another job. The overanalysis of everything he says is a little silly.

Has there been any confirmation that he actually said that to Fisher, or is it just Fisher's word?

Not going to happen. He'll be lucky to have a good team. San Francisco is the best he'll get.

Vince Young impersonator is running amok in the nation’s capital

    By Doug Farrar

It's a good thing that Philadelphia Eagles backup quarterback Vince Young(notes) could be seen on the sidelines in Atlanta's Georgia Dome during his team's 35-31 Sunday night loss. Young, who's recovering from a hamstring injury and was inactive in the game, would have raised many questions had he been absent. It seems that there's someone who looks very much like VY impersonating him in Washington, D.C.

"I heard that he has been taking money, taking pictures with little kids at hospitals," Young said on Monday. "It's been real sick."

EAG Sports Management, Young's representative agency, told NBC Washington that it had received a recent email about the unknown individual. According to EAG, the man had collected money in exchange for personal appearances in which he impersonated Young. The agency said that the fake Young was "conning unsuspecting women and some men into believing his scam."

"Hopefully, D.C. Police and NFL security will try and bring down this perpetrator, because he's trying to ruin my name," a obviously shaken Young said. "It's been going on for some months now — I've been getting some information about it, and I've just been letting my team take care of it. I just wanted to come out in the media so it can get in the news that this guy who is not me is perpetrating as me.

"I just want everyone to know that this is not me, and hopefully, we can bring this person down."

Thats the difference between Cam Newton and VY.

VY feigned confidence but crumbled like a little girl under pressure, Cam Newton is straight swag.

...I don't understand how the impersonator would profit from this? Why would you give VY money? (I'm looking at you, Eagles.)

Kinda conveniently forgot to put this part in the article.

Because of his injury, Young was not available to play in the Eagles' loss after Michael Vick(notes) was hurt in the third quarter. Mike Kafka(notes) came in and finished the game. The Eagles signed Young to a one-year contract in August after the former first-round pick wore out his welcome with the Tennessee Titans.

To date, Young's primary contribution to the Eagles is that he appointed his new franchise the "Dream Team" after the Eagles made several big splashes in free agency.

What the **** kind of fail logic is this? This makes absolutely no god damn sense what so ever. The VY fans were hating on the Texans for not drafting him.

Look, I know people are ass hurt because the Titans cut him, and they can't claim this bull**** about, "oh i've been an Oiler fan since I was a wee ol' tot." Go be Eagles fans and cheer for him as he picks his nose on the sideline.

And when he gets cut next season, and he's playing for the Edmonton Eskimos or whatever the **** those Canadian's want to call that ****, go freeze y'all asses in the stands and cheer for his ass.

It's a god damn shame, because I like Vince Young. Serious. I know of him differently than some people might.

****ing r****ded. We beat this **** to death, and people still want to play this god damn card? ****ing kidding me man. Texans made it out alright.
