Spoiler Could not have been the greatest antidote since he was acting like he was dying in the end. Also how did everyone start dying at the same time, everybody should react differently to the poison. So now Jesse is going to save the lives of Gus and the other guy? Seems like they are going to make it Jesse versus Walt until the end of this season....
Great episode. I love that Jesse is finally coming into his own. I've always wanted to see Walt view Jesse as his heir to the business and like a son. It looks like Walt finally realized what a prick he's been. Maybe a bit late now that Jesse played an integral role in taking down Don Eladio. That whole scene by the pool was incredible. I'm sure we'll learn more of what the poison was next time and how Gus survived it. I'm wondering if Ted will try to blackmail Skyler now that he knows she gave him the money. Her actions and behavior scream "I'm engaged in illegal activity too." I could see him leveraging that for cash or sexual favors from Skyler. Of course, Walt might just slip him the ricin. I can't see Walt reaching out to Mike for help dealing with his wife's mistake. I missed Hank this week. Looks like he'll be back next week to ratchet up pressure on Gus and indirectly on Walt and Jesse. I'm really looking forward to the next meeting between Jesse and Walt. There will be such a different dynamic to that relationship now.
I sat in my living room and said, out loud, "OH SNAP" when **** started going down. I would like to make it known that, prior to this evening, I have never said "OH SNAP" in my entire life.
I think Mike bites the bullet next episode but I really hope I'm wrong. It will be a tearful scene with protege Jesse.
I don't think so.. I mean it's not like Jesse can just fill in and do everything that Mike does.. the show still needs a guy that does all the dirty work for Gus.
Sooooo, how are they going to make it back to New Mexico? They were blindfolded and don't know where in Mexico they are?
was the cook/partner that Don Eladio killed poolside in the flashback Gustavo's gay lover? he seemed pretty damn broken up about him dying. he's also single, very neat, etc...
yes, and they had the bevy of hot women poolside in last night's episode with none giving him any attention to re-affirm that.
Just watched the latest episode. Wow. So intense on so many levels. Loved the bit near the beginning with Jesse yelling at the cartel's chemist. And the closing scene was great, of course. I really do hope Mike pulls through. He's such a great character. Hopefully he's only seriously injured.
I can't imagine how they make this last another season if the cartel is going to be a factor in Gilligan's endgame. Walt v Jesse is a nice touch, but that means a whole lot of Pinkman development while Walt just sulks and cooks. And seriously what the hell is wrong with Skyler? Spoiler Ted has already shown plenty of times that he's not responsible enough to keep this kind of secret. Man I hope we get a hilarious scene where Saul's "muscle" offs Ted. See where the sun sets, then drive North?

I'm glad we could end on a light note tonight with Walt rolling on the ground laughing. Sometimes it's nice to laugh.
Wasn't it a couple episodes ago when Skyler was having problems finding space to stash the money. 600,000 that's all? Still was a great episode...
