I can't figure out a way to do a Hibbert deal. I don't want to trade him 1-1 for any of your players. Even in the Wade deal, it just doesn't work out because already trading Neal and Ish, you don't have anyone else with a similar salary to make it work.
The thing is that Kevin Martin is not that big of a downgrade from Dwyane Wade. On offense they're almost equal, it's just the defensive side where Wade has the advantage. Bosh is an upgrade from Duncan and I'm giving him almost an entirely better bench. Augustin/Morrow/Birdman aren't just fillers, they can play.
If I did something like that, you would have to upgrade one of my other positions. You don't have anyone that qualifies.
