well you're obviously entitled to your opinion, but to completely discount the possibility that she actually may have voted for who she thought deserved to win, and to essentially say, "the only noble vote would have been to deliberately vote against who jeff and jordan wanted to win, and if you don't you are only voting their way so they will be friends with you", is a bit ridiculous. once again, shellie was never close to porshe, was closely aligned to rachel for a good chunk of the game, obviously is a fan of and knows the game well, and you can't find a better example in the house (besides maybe danielle) of a person who clearly put her own interests and strategy ahead of personal feelings and possible real-world friendships. of the 7 votes cast, she is the only one who could even make a case for putting all personal issues aside and voting for who she thought the best player was.
why would making her own decision mean voting for Porsche? It sounds like you're implying she should have voted for Porsche because she appeared to like her more than rachel and only voted for rachel as a way to suck up to the vets? I dont think she hated rachel as much as she led on, remember she only attacked rachel when rachel became a threat to her first. She was playing it up to get rachel voted off and eliminate that threat. I think it was mostly an act to shift the attention to rachel. I believe she even told rachel she was playing a great game later on after they patched things up and it didnt come across as phony IMO.
danielle reminds me of half of the idiotic girls i went to college with... self-entitled spoiled brats who think they are the smartest people on the planet. i loved how her dad put her in her place (although nicely) on national tv... this season would have been a whole lot different if dick had stuck around... in her original season danielle glommed onto some nobody dude and did it again in this season with dom (who was brought to the live finale with keith and lawon and never got to say a word... that **** cracked me up!)
I don't thing Alison Grodner has invited anyone back to BB to compete in 3 different seasons... so i think B&R and J&J are out as competitors - but they could definetely come back in twists (like how Jesse came back in the Pandora's Box for Rachel after being on for 2 seasons). Out of players from this season - I really don't think any of them would make a BB all stars. From the last few seasons, I'd love to see the following return for an All-Stars round: Season 12: Enzo, Hayden, Matt, Ragan, Britney (for her awesome DR sessions alone) Season 11: Natalie (hated her with a passion), Russell, Lydia Season 10: Memphis, Dan Season 9: Adam (get back his $500K after losing it all in that drug deal gone bad), Matt
I can't hate on Adam. Yes, he is a big vagina, but the point of the game is to do whatever it takes to get to the end. He made final 3 by doing nothing all season. That's pretty good.
No kidding... I'm glad Rachel won, she won more challenges than anyone in the house, if I'm not mistaken. I get the feeling she is playing a character for TV and is probably totally normal in real life. Earlier this season, they showed a picture of her and that gay guy from a few seasons ago that she constantly argued with and now they are friends and apparently hang out all the time outside the show, so that makes me believe she's just having fun with her "character." Probably a LOT smarter (and likable) than she portrays herself on TV. It's pretty weird that the only thing Dani and her dad have in common is their love for BB. Very weird, actually. That would be an interesting case study in father-daughter relationships... I liked JJ like everyone else, but Jeff throwing such a hissy fit kind of turned me off to him. If it were me, I wouldn't take ANYTHING anyone did to me in the game personally. Especially after we were both voted out. Once the game is over, it's over. Let it go. It's like these football players who try to kill each other for 60 minutes...then shake hands and pose for pictures together after the game. It's called being a mature adult... Anyway, I hope they don't bring anyone back next summer and just have all new people. No more vets. Surely out of all the thousands of people who apply, you can find 12 interesting people without having to bring anyone back, right?
It's like Jersey Shore. The cast becomes like characters in a sitcom so producers keep recycling the ones America likes or hates.
This thread needs to be closed. The season is over, Rachel won. After they wanted to bring the veteran combos back and then when Dom was kicked off it just went downhill from there. They just need to do a reboot of this show and start fresh with 14 new houseguests and not regurgitate these bums from previous seasons (especially that steroid freak Jessie).
I agree with this except for one big thing Shelly should not have accepted the gift from Jordan for a call from home. In the BB house that is like a brick of gold (from what I've seen over the years) and if Shelly truly thought this was a game - she should have told Jordan "thanks, but you won it and you deserve a call from home just as much as me" When she accepted the call - she stopped playing the game and started forming friendships... straddling back and forth over that line for your own convenience would piss me off too - so i get why Jeff is so livid (and Jordan too) but like Rachel and the gay guy - I'm sure once they are out of the house all will be forgotten and they will be friends. On a side note I gotta wonder if Jeff will ever lock Jordan down or what. They don't even live in the same city - how serious could that be?
He seemed over Shelly's betrayal in his interview, and he seemed a lot more cordial towards Dani than Dani was to him. And honestly, I think every house guest threw a fit at some point in the game.
