I was just reading that topic about the ex-rocket suing that restaurant for racism, and it's funny cause the owner of Michael's is freakin racist. I'm posting this cause...well F that guy. Anyway we always had this unspoken rule about not hiring too many black girls, cause we were a "latin strip club". So i figured that made sense. Until one day I hired this hot black chick for dancer and a waitress also, cause well she needed a job...and I'm a nice guy. Anyway nobody noticed cause we were busy, and the next day they show up to work...everything is gravy. Until the owner walks in...and it was just a coincidence that when he walks in there's 2 of the 3 stages with a black chick and he sees the black waitress. Hoollllllyyyy sh@# he was pissed. I get called into the office and he says what the @#R$ with all these girls and what not. So he calls a meeting. So this is when he says it...and I wish I was recording this cause I would've totally sued his a$$. He said he only wanted like 1 out of 30 girls to be black. No more. He told me to find a way to get rid of the girls I hired, I said ok. But before I could do anything there was already a plan in place to make them quit. There's this story about an old manager at Michael's a couple years ago that used to round up all the black chicks and staff at the loading dock when the owner would get there. Later on the club got sued by one of the girls and she won and out of court settlement. Speaking of which there's another law suit in the works about the same thing against Michael's. If there's enough incidents reported to the city, the city will launch an investigation against your establishment. And that's something they're going though right now, of course I could totally screw them and testify against them...but I'm too lazy for that. I got things to see and people to do.
