Freaking No-Show Moreno. Damn b*stard cost me a game in 2 leagues!

Hopefully Arian comes back in one of my leagues, but in my other, I'm screwed. No-Show's backup is Chester Taylor. It's thin at RB on the FA list, so I had to go after Marion Barber for goal-line TDs.... :(

I'd have rather seen the stats page, since I didn't see all their games. Henderson will get picked up. He will be inconsistent, since Brees spreads the ball so much, but with Colston out, I think he is the pickup.

Earl Doucett. For the reason Juicystream mentioned above.

Consider this, other than Fitzgerald, who do the cardinals really have at wr. The other thing is that Arizona has stashed doucett for 3 years without any production. They kept him for a reason.

New Orleans throws the ball over 40 times a game, Moore and Colston are out (maybe for a while), Henderson will be the WR1, and Brees has chemistry with him (not to mention he's Drew friggin' Brees). Plus the Saints won't be facing a decent defense (other than the Texans?) for another 10 weeks til they meet a (hopefully) healthy Giants squad. That is a no brainer.

Doucett got a lucky long touchdown from Kolb last week, but it's still early in that pairing, and Whisenhunt is trying to protect his new QB by establishing the run... he's not nearly as safe of a bet as Henderson.

I'm #1 on waiver so I'm picking up D.Henderson for Jacoby Ford.

Doucet is also available and it's hard to not try to get him too, but should I consider dropping Lee Evans or Lance Moore for him?

Here's the thing guys, I am third on the waiver wire so I am guessing that Henderson is gone before then. I have put in a claim for him but I think he'll be gone come my turn. I have Fitz so that makes me lean away from Doucet, not to mention what DM said above about most of his points coming on one play.

I've owned devery henderson before and seen lance moore vulture virtually every td and all the targets. Between him and meachem you'd be a fool to count on henderson.

I'm not touching henderson with a 10 foot pool. You maybe right about doucet, but all I am hear about is how much faith the cards showed him the last 3 years. If I'm wrong I'm wrong.

I also like any buff reciever, nelson or jones. jones was supposed to be the show their but nelson got the catches.

Daniel Thomas, Fred Jackson, Lynch or Greene? Who would you cut? I just dropped Lynch for Greene. Don't ask about the league rules lol.

I'd cut Daniel Thomas. Reggie Bush is the lead dog in Miami, and Thomas has been very unimpressive.

Which three of these four should I start for next week?

    MJD @ NYJ
    Ahmad Bradshaw vs. StL
    Beanie Wells @ Wsh
    Michael Turner vs. Phi

MJD and Turner are obviously the better players but I like the other matchups better...

I'd say you're pretty much even on Bradshaw/Wells/Turner and MJD @ NYJ

Probably end up around the same.

Also, I'm not big on Devery Henderson. He's a prototypical 3 catches for 120 yards, 2 TD game guy, then disappears for the next 4 games.

The guy I'm glad I have is Meachem because he was pretty much Brees go to guy in 09. Last season Lance Moore returned from injuries and Meachem was battling his own injuries which led to a down season.

Meachem is the Saints WR to own IMO, then Moore (especially in PPR), then Henderson.

I'm in a keeper league with the number 1 WW priority.

I can't decide which of the following to take with my to waiver priority:
    1. Picking up Cam Newton and stashing him as a keeper for next year
    2. Picking up Devery Henderson and using him this year as a WR (we have to start 3 WR and my other WR are Nicks, Britt, Sims-Walker, Meachem, Antonio Brown)

I'm leaning toward option 1... but if anyone has input - would love to hear it. I'm going to put option 2 in as my 2nd waiver - but i'm sure one of the other guys in the league will pick him up with their first waiver before it gets back to my 2nd waiver.

Cam Newton was actually drafted in my league. I wouldn't play him in next week's game though.

He was drafted in the last round of my league too - but the guy who got him dropped him before the season started to pick up a week 1 DEF to play against a match up.

Since I already have Meachem - seems silly to get Henderson too. Newton it is.

oh and my starting QB is Brees. Newton would only be a bye week filler this year and then a stash for next year.

I've got Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco. There's a team in the league that is begging me for one of them. I've also got Colston (out for weeks) and Stephen Jackson (likely out this week). My backups are both of these positions are underwhelming, at best.

He's got available Ahmad Bradshaw, Fred Jackson, Reggie Bush and possibly Plaxico available.

To me Ryan and Flacco are interchangeable...they're likely to put up similar numbers. Who would you guys trade one of those QB's for out of what I mentioned?

I'm trying to get Cadillac off waivers, but I'm 11th out of 12 in priority right now.
