Ben for sure. Down week against a great D..he'll be fine

Charles and Hillis. Tougher call if it's PPR but i'd prob do it regardless

Manningham and...Meachem I guess, unless Ocho shows some crazy chemistry w/Brady tonight. Great start by Cam and Steve, but tough to pull the trigger against GB when it is still Cam's week 2.

i have NO and KC defense, i'm not too worried about NO, they just faced a hell of an offense in GB, but KC D might be looking shaky at this point, 41 points given up to the bills and now eric berry is out for the year. should i be looking to drop them and add anyone at this point. i mean there will be no good defenses left is any other team better than KC at this point?

Absolutely start Big Ben -- that's as easy a call as any. Also absolutely start Hillis against that awful Indy run defense. It's a tossup for me between Charles and Forte -- I actually kinda like Forte's matchup as New Orleans has some defensive questions, and the Lions D is quite solid. If it's a PPR league, then Forte is the definite start for me. Steve Smith should be considered an every week start stud from here on out IMO, but at the same time you have to worry about GB's corners. Only reason I'm considering Meachem over Manningham is because of the Colston injury, but you have to remember that Moore is also returning from injury. It's a risky play.

I would only consider it because you have questionable RB depth, but make no mistake, you're giving up more talent than you're getting back.

Yes, drop them. I don't know why you're carrying 2 defenses in the first place, and NO is better than them anyway.

Wow, that's ridiculous.. I don't understand leagues like that (or ones that start 2 kickers)

Anyway, I'd just make it a matchup play week to week. Whoever's playing the Seahawks.. maybe the Bills if they come back to expectations, Panthers if Cam is more rookieQB than beast-mode in the future, etc.

I am concerned about NO. That's two straight defensive disasters, dating back to their last playoff game against 7-9 Seattle. I'd pick up Detroit or Houston instead of they were available.

Big Ben - Manning has looked terrible for a while now.

Hillis and Forte - I can't believe I'm suggesting benching Charles, who could easily post a great game against any D, but that is a stout front in Detroit, and those are 2 awful rush defenses in Indy and NO.

Steve Smith will have a great game every time he is on your bench. He'll give you 2 catches for 17 yards every time you start him. I don't see him duplicating the success next week. If Lance Moore is out, I definitely go Meachem. I'd wait until after watching the Pats play tonight before going one way or another on Chad.

I'd definitely start Manningham, who is the safest play, IMO. Meachem only if Moore is out. Chad if he looks good and gets plenty of targets tonight. Smith if Moore is healthy, and Chad looks like the preseason version.

in a 2 defense league, no chance Detroit is available. But I'd go matchups based on availability from week to week and not worry about it too much

I'd do the trade. Charles is a huge upgrade over Greene. Maybe you could flip Greene for another good WR. You may want to wait until you can see Ocho Cinco plays before making the deal though. If he looks like his old self, it may make the decision easier for you.

My trade exploration started because I wanted to upgrade my #2 RB in shonne green. Just so happened it turned into a blockbuster type deal.

I trust Freeman as much as I trust Eli, which is dwindling after week 1.

This trade is racking my brain.

I like Washington and Cincy. And maybe even Denver in that situation.

Yea, nothing is happening before Ocho plays. An interesting scenario, however.

    God I hate shonne green.

Without looking at opponents, I'd agree with that.

others agree with this? i mean i understand getting rid of KC at this point, but NO? is NO going to be that bad CIN or WAS is better? NO wont improve enough on D to be decent?

also, just to make sure i'm following this right, you're talking about for this upcoming week right. then after next week look to maybe switch out D's again? this upcoming week. CIN plays DEN and WAS plays ARI where as NO plays CHI and KC plays DET

Definitely drop KC this week since Detroit has a better offense than Buffalo had this weekend. I would wait to see how Denver and Oakland plays out tonight. If the Raiders struggle offensively, maybe take a look at Buffalo defense for week 2. Or if Denver's defense handles Oakland pretty handily, I'd pick them against the Bengals.

My Ben Tate and Arian Foster for his Maurice Jones-Drew and a fill in receiver (he put in D. Driver)

What would you do, basically trading the texans backfield for MJD (but I know what i'm getting each week with MJD)

    League is PPR
