    National story of the game will be how important Manning is to the Colts, but it should be more that the Texans look for real. Got to tip your hat to Wade Phillips for that first half shutout.

    I honestly can't comment on the defense and whether it is for real. That o-line has been bad for years and they haven't been able to run the ball well. Peyton has single handedly made that offense work.

    BUt the offense looks good and the defense is obviously better than last year because last year even Tim Tebow could shred the Texans.

    call me a pessimist, but this feels like a 5th preseason game. real games starts next week and real test is week 3.

    PS. I'm not unhappy, just not ready to chug the kool-aid just yet. :grin:
