    Sounds like there will be a season. No way anyone bothers to hack the twitter account of Roger Mason of all people. This is the Anthony Weiner excuse.

    People need to come up with a better excuse for their stupidity than being hacked. If for some crazy reason I actually wanted to hack Roger Mason, I'd do something more juvenile than that.

    He wouldn't bother hacking Roger Mason's twitter account. Nobody cares if Roger Mason lives or dies cuz he's Roger Mason.

    Roger Mason isn't the only scrub/no-name player that representing the NBA in these negotiations, except for Chris Paul.

    Not a lot of bargaining power when scrubs are sitting across from the owners. The owners most likely do not even know who these guys are.

    This is probably a better way to go than the hacking excuse. "Looking like a season" could also be seen as a jaded statement of hopelessness, as in 'our season is already over.'
