need help at RB2 this week: DeAngelo Williams v ARZ LaGarette Blount v DET BenJarvis Green-Ellis v MIA Williams has the best matchup Green-Ellis has the best team Blount has the best name
I could use some help with RB2 and the W/R flex in a yahoo league. Here's my current lineup: QB - Rivers - MIN WR - Fitz - CAR RB - AllDay - @SD RB - Grant - NO TE - Witten - @NYJ W/T - Mike Williams(TB) - DET W/R - Harvin - @SD Bench: RB - Benson - @CLE RB - Hightower - NYG RB - Stewart - @ARI RB - Starks - NO Obviously the Grant/Starks timeshare will become clear cut over the course of the season. I think Hightower and Benson have bad matchups this week. Also, if you had to drop a RB to pick up a WR who would it be? Available WR: Sims Walker - PHI Floyd - MIN Evans - PIT Knox - ATL Thanks in advance, buds!
Im in two leagues, want some advice on flex: League 1: pick one: McGhee vs Oak, Sproles vs GB, Amendola. vs Phi League 2: pick one: Julio Jones vs Chi LT vs Dallas Pierre Thomas vs GB or I should start Julio Jones as a WR#2 over Reggie Wayne? and LT or Pierre for Flex.
League 1: Go with the most stable of the options. McGahee vs Oakland. At the very least, he will get goal line touchdowns. I expect Oakland to be ran over. League 2: Sit Reggie Wayne. #1, he's playing the Texans. #2, Kerry Collins is playing a bad pass protection. HOU defense will bring a lot of pressure, and Collins will check down plenty. Play Julio. Flex LT. Only because Ingram will show that he's a starter.
Due to massive amounts of tequila on draft night.... Should I start Cam Newton or Colt Mckoy? Wow I really am screwed.
Drink tequila again to make this decision because it won't matter haha. Go with Colt McCoy. great preaseason when he played except for his last game. But that's because he played a good defense. The battle at Ohio should add extra pep in his step
Updated roster. Need a Flex start: Lee Evans vs Steelers Mike Thomas vs Titans Davone Bess vs Patriots Danny Woodhead @ Dolphins I can only choose one. My starting receivers are Hakeem Nicjs and Steve Johnson. 1 point PPR league.
I would start Mike Thomas vs. Titans I need to start either Mark Ingram or Ryan Grant tonight as my flex. Any opinions on which one to start?
I'd roll the dice on Ingram. Grant and Starks will almost certainly have a timeshare. But Ingram may get a good chunk of carries, and New Orleans' only chance to win this game will be to run the ball.
I think Ingram will be in more of a timeshare at least earlier on than Grant/Starks. Pierre is healthy and more than capable.
I'll disagree with Donny and say Ryan Grant. I'm guessing Pierre Thomas is going to get the bulk of the carries, and Sproles will get time in there as well. Saints rush defense isn't good. Those are my reasons for taking Grant.
I think I'd play Benson over grant. I think I'd take Knox. I think that it is a toss up, anyone of those wr could go off, and I know that Knox has been inexplicably demoted in favor of Bennett and Roy Williams, but I think Knox could have a big year and one thing we know about Cutler, the guy is going to throw some passes.
No way. The Bengals are pathetic on offense and Cleveland is going to steamroll them. I doub't Benson gets over 75 yds. And he's not going to sniff the end zone. I don't know why so many people are down on Grant. He's healthy and he's in a contract year with a lot to prove. The guy was a 1000+ yard rusher just a couple seasons ago and he's still young. I say he makes it a point to keep his starting job. Any RB is going to put up large points in that GB offense though whether it's Grant or Starks. GTFO with Benson lol
I could be wrong, I just think Bensen has a lot of talent. I think of the 3 possibilities: Hightower Benson Grant That in terms of talent alone, Benson is the better back. Granted, a lot of Hightower's value is based on the system he is in, and many people think he is a sleeper. So, he has a lot of value too. Grant is in a time share, and coming back from an injury who really knows what he is going to do. Benson's problems are self-inflicted. Look, it is really a toss up, but my gut tells me that Benson is the better option, but I could be really wrong on that.
