Baylor's refusal to sign the waiver is in a completley different context than TTU's. I would have thought that was pretty clear. As for the report Dickens is referencing, it was just posted on page 94 or 95, I believe.
In related news, I will sue anyone who does anything that might impact me negatively, no matter how far down the butterfly effect line I have to look.
who gives a flip about context? think the SEC cares about context? they claim they need a legal document from all 9 saying they can't be sued in order to bring on A&M. that's the condition they put out there.
If the Big12 survives all of this, there's going to be a lot of bad blood everywhere. In the case, I can't tell if Dan Beebe should keep his job for pulling off a 2nd miracle, or if he should be out of it for being in the center of a complete disaster.
