When I first heard the music, I thought it was Pyramid Song by Radiohead. Its a very well put together trailer and has me interested. I'd like to see the gameplay first then make the call, but as a trailer it is outstanding. I can see the Lost similarities after they've been brought up.
I'm done. You all know me in person. <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/rqlSLVVLglQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Alright which one of you clowns will be picking this up for the xbox 360? I never do this, but I am going to get it at midnight and take the day off of work. MUST NOT FAP!
Reviews are kind of a disappointment, but IGN has said that it has a few flaws that are made up for by its addictiveness and fun gameplay. I may pick it up. Depends on Gamespot's review.
Been playing for about an hour. I agree with the reviews that say good game but rough around the edges. Werid sound drop outs and glitchy when a lot of action on screen. Voice acting doesn't bother me as much as reviews made me think I would. I'm playing Special Ed. PS3. I love me a good zombie killing game, back at it. Resistance 3 later today.
This sounds like one of those games that will produce a sequel that is essentially a bug fix for the 1st version. I might pick that one up, but I'll pass on this one. Left 4 Dead really spoiled me when it comes to zombie games. I don't think I'll ever have as much fun as I did in the early days of multiplayer for that one.
I have to say after playing it for some time today, the flaws don't bother me at all. No guns, no problem. Curb stomping a zombie is a wholly satisfying experience.
Bought it today. Been playing all day. Couldn't put it down. I agree with what IGN said, it has problems and there were some weird glitches, but it was so fun that it didn't really matter. Co-op is really great too, I was playing with friends and we were all having a great time I think I played for about 5 hours straight and I'm only 15% done with the story, and seems like there are hundreds of side quests. There's a lot of content in this game. So far, I do not regret my purchase, and would recommend it to anyone. And the friends I played with were having a great time too. I got the 360 version btw.
I was enjoying my time while I was playing alone too. I say its fun either way. Yeah, its similar to Borderlands in a lot of ways. Theres a ton of different weapons and most of them have different stats, kinda like Borderlands. The stats and weapons don't variate as much as Borderlands but theres still plenty to choose from. And you have limited inventory so you have to choose which weapons to pick up and drop carefully.
