To be fair, its all time favorite shoe. Not an "I can't afford Jordans" rant. :p

And I will have to give a shoutout to LeBron's South Beach colorway. Although I would never be caught wearing anything LeBron related.

If were only talking basketball shoes I had these ugly ass Shawn Kemps in '95/'96 or so that my mom called "spiderman" shoes, but they were better than dirt cheap crap she (pharmacist) and may dad (engineer) used to buy me. I also had these Barkley shoes from like '93/'94 that were kind of nice.

As far as non-sneakers I had some brown Allen Edmonds loafers that were just very comfortable leather; kind of hugged your skin the way cowboy boots do after a while. But I don't maintain my shoes well so they were done after a year or so, and you can't really justify $200 for shoes every year when you're a non-manager in a business casual office and you don't date or go out, and there are Cole Haans and Florsheims/Bostonians all over the place.

NEVER tried to buy Jordan's shoes. Price point was one reason, then after '90 I just plain got sick of him.
