He looked a bit lost out there against the Vikings. The announcer commented more than once that after a catch he did not run for the daylight but looked to make contact. Good for a TE, but bad for a WR.

Dickerson may be headed for the practice squad.

Who will be the fifth receiver? Jeff Maehl?

Sounds like they may be keeping Holliday.

    will they even have 5?

the balancing act between RB/WR/FB/TE is going to be tricky.

    3 or 4 RB?

Casey and Vickers at FB...but casey can also play TE so do you consider that or just lock him in at FB only?

TE - OD, Dreessen and Garrett Graham. WIll they keep Hill as a run blocking TE?

Just saw on twitter that Holliday and Maehl will be put on the practice squad, so no go there.

Is it true Damione Lewis was cut? I thought he was a lock to make the team.

Do they have to be cut first and then put on practice squad? Or can they be signed onto the practice squad as an option instead of making the team?

Yes, a player is placed on waivers first. If another team claims him then he is on that team's 53-man roster. If he clears waivers then he becomes a free agent and may sign with any team.

Just as surprised to find out #Texans cut preseason work horse, RB Chris Ogbonnaya.

is there a list of players getting cut around the league? I read there would be some HUGE surprises in the waiver wire.
It would be nice to pick up an extra cb, o lineman, DT and somebody to sit up in the booth and alert kubiak when to throw or not throw the challenge flag.

Some rumblings on Twitter that Xavier Adibi is a goner.

Yeah Adibi got cut according to his agent's twitter. Dobbins who is a Wade Phillips guy and probably made it over him.

Yet another reason to dislike Trindon Holliday. He's sure to get picked up somewhere.

There is no way that they can rationalize keeping Holliday with the new kickoff rules and two good returners already. That is silly.

Chris Ogbonnaya is a good story and seems like a good guy but let's be real, he isn't more than a 3rd down back at best. He has no explosion. And I highly doubt Trindon Holliday makes this team.

Surprised by some of the cuts but I also realize that a quasi-FAgent signing period is about to begin with teams cutting some well known players. Wouldn't mind a NT and another WR...although I still think Dickerson will be productive eventually.
