Really? This is strange. What if you have cancer or do doctors must notify insurance companies about your medical condition?
i meant that the clause is for suicide. if you commit suicide within the first two years of coverage, the insurance company will not pay out to your beneficiaries.
Sorry, cancer's bad example. Say you have HIV and that it will take you longer than two years to die. Or you have depression and you're just plain suicidal. I guess all the TV/Movies I've watched taught me you can't collect life insurance on suicide.
as long as you were diagnose with the terminal illness AFTER you qualified for coverage, they should pay out. if you lied and they find out you were diagnosed before, then you are SOL.
Not using the commercial to answer your question...if I had a child, and my child cared for me, then buying life insurance for myself will help care for my child in the event that something happens to me.
