No Verizon...So disappointed, was waiting all summer for this phone; the Droid Bionic better be awesome.

Just got the Evo3d and I love HTC Sense 3.0 ! However once I saw 4.53 inch screen....I got hooked!!!

Hmmm what should I do ? I could care less about Touchwiz.

Yup, sucks for me too as im on VZW.

I'm holding out on the Bionic, I'm just hoping that the rumors of VZW getting the Nexus Prime (Possibly Droid Prime) are true!

Supposedly Verizon says that they will have a Samsung device of similar specs to come out soon. Not sure what to believe.

    Trade it?
The CM7 builds for these variants shouldn't be too hard, but will take some time.

You could just use an alternate launcher if you don't like Touchwiz, however the latest version Touchwiz 4.0 is pretty neat. I had it on a Droid Charge

I originally wanted to hold out for the thunderbolt, then I decided to wait on this. After finding no official release date I renewed with t mobile and got the sensation. I should have just kept waiting...

I'm sorry to hear that you have to be with T-Mobile for another 2 years :(

If the galaxy s2 would've come out during July, my plan was to sell my NAND HD2 and my sensation, and use the money to cancel t mobile to sign up with Sprint or Verizon. Wonder how much my HD2 is worth now?

That picture is epic! Droid Prime lol. @scion, $200 was what I was hoping. I'd be very happy if I could sell it for that. My plan might still work.

    Not into rooting.

I at least want to see the reviews for the SGS2. I dont really have a strong urge for the phone...I just like the screen size mostly and I guess the 8mp camera. I know HTC is watching to see how the sales are for a 4.5 in phone. If they sell like hotcakes, it won't be long before they increase their screen sizes.

I've had one of these bad boys since June (don't know why Australia gets phones before US...), I'm just a basic 'noob' user but this thing is seriously awesome.

    The highlights for me are:
    - being able to stream live sports (NBA, MMA etc) from it as it is flash enabled.
    - dragging and dropping all video files and it plays them all
    - being able to download torrents

I can download files/chat/browse the web/listen to music/play games/instant messaging/watch videos alternating from each seamlessly.

Am happy to answer any queries if you guys have any :)

All you need to know is that it is currently the best and baddest Android phone money can buy, and Samsung can't make them fast enough. The Super AMOLED Plus screen alone is worth it, if nothing else. I'll be pre-ordering one the second it becomes available.

Sucks that ATT isn't getting the 4.5in version. Been waiting for this phone for awhile now. The GS3 might be out overseas this fall. Sheesh.

They're not releasing it at all. It's a great phone and all, but it'll run gingerbread. Supposedly Verizon's gonna get the Droid/Nexus Prime instead, which is rumored to be the world's 1st Android 4.0 phone. Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).

I'm stuck with the HTC Hero until next April.

I like the phone, but with each new app I download, this thing seems slower and slower due to its processor.
