It was tough for everyones schedules being different I can get on whenever cuz of my Iphone but maybe something can be worked out
Alright, so far the posters who are down for another draft are Rednation, JMCballer, Rocketsred, Spooner, and me. Should we try for the same 24 posters, more, or less?
I think the same or more to make the later picks more valuable. Because like we have already seen people with the first 10 or so superstars have name recognition and If someone spends enough time researching they can counteract that with a deeper bench
When I tried that whatifsports I could only have 4 teams unless I subscribed or something, that's why we ended up not using it in the all time draft

The problem with What If Sports is that it assigns each player a money value based solely on their stats, which is really not a viable means to measure the ability of a player. In other words, Wilt Chamberlain is the best player of all time, at least according to WhatIfSports.
Also there should be some sort of trade limit or trade voting system where people like efyrl no offense can make teams ridiculous just because they dont know the value of certain players
Agreed. We'll have to make sure a situation like arjun doesn't happen again where he was a player short.
Some other sites I've found that had a similar draft: 1. had elected several people to judge each team and vote on who they thought did the best. 2. they had an NBA 2k11 simulation which is a pain to do. 3. do what we did, have a public poll and count member votes only. Just several options we can do
makes no difference to me, but i think if we do this for real and have some type of simulation..then 12 man roster would be better..or maybe 10???
Im in favor of 16 teams of 10 or 12. It gives us enough teams to have a playoff bracket, and since players are fresh on our mind, it would be too easy to draft 8 players again. With 8 less teams I'm sure the same players would get picked regardless.
bro..if you guys are down, and if someone can teach me how to upload from my tv to the computer..i am so down with the 2k11 simulations....i think it'd be sick...
