    I'm game to trade one of my centers, but you only have two players on your roster that would be upgrades over any position I have, and that includes my backups.

    Hey guys...what i dont understand is, I traded one of my picks....(the 6th round pick)

    so I gave up my position without getting in return...but why does that mean I can't pick up 1 more undrafted player to have 8 players on my roster


    i basically traded my 6th pick for nothing in return...what's wrong with me now picking up an undrafted player?

    Because presumably the reason why you had to give up multiple picks in a 2-for-1 swap was to get a better deal. ICanDunkOnYao did the same thing, but had the foresight to trade to get a pick back later on.

    Nobody made you trade two draft picks for one, you should deal with the repercussions, IMO.

    um the repercussions is that i didn't have a 6th round pick....instead im getting a crappy undrafted player...?? whats wrong with that??

    Put it this way: my team could use another backup big. I'd love to grab a center who can play 10 minutes and spell Howard. But I can't just pick up an extra guy to have 9 players. I had 8 picks, so I have 8 players. You gave away one of your picks. You have 7 players. Deal with it.

    Anyway, VBG specifically said that to pick up an undrafted FA, you needed to drop a player. It's not like I'm just making this up to screw you over.
