YESSSSSSS!!!! Can't ****ing wait. That TAMU game televised? Everyone is picking SMU to upset em'. LOL. It wont even be close. SMU... get outta here.
It's going to be televised on FSN. I normally check Aggie Athletics for the tv schedule: http://www.aggieathletics.com//Spor...ANG=C&DB_OEM_ID=27300&SPID=93232&SPSID=632662. At this point it looks like most of it is not worked out - the only other confirmed game is Thanksgiving Day will be on ESPN.
UCLA is missing Rahim Moore (45th overall pick, 2011) in their secondary. So, I am expecting the Coogs to put up some big offensive numbers. Moore is actually a guy the Texans should have gone for, maybe did, but he was a lock in the early 2nd -- not much they could have done. Anyway, the biggest burden for UH may lie with the defense. The pistol offense is not something I would call a thing of beauty, almost more like a modified I-formation posing as a single-back spread. This leaves the defensive line to step up and take away the run option. When you are small like UH, you need your linebackers to expect the run, and that's when you can get burned -- everybody thinks run but does not see the pass. Eat 'em up!
I would rather watch almost all of those (excluding Miami OH- Missouri) over Ohio State. Ohio State football(like Big Ten football) is just boring to watch. Anyways nice warm up game for Bama. Second Stringers should play in the second half. I'm interested to see the QB situation. I hope that Georgia beats the living SH@# out of Boisie St. Don't sleep on SMU. Should be a fun week!
That Baylor-TCU game will be Robert Griffin's crossroad game....IF he stinks it up, then he will be scouted as a potential reciever ....If he does well he will be intriguing NFL QB prospect...
