1. Wake up, chug water, take a B-Complex vitamin, and two advils. 2. Grab something to eat. Pho or a sandwich. Something lite. 3. Go back to sleep for two hours then go work out. Sweating it out helps, and when you exercise you release endorphins which also makes you feel better. 4. You should be feeling much better at this point and ready to go out drinking again.
Yep, takes care of the nausea, then gives you the munchies to eat some food that will replenish all the minerals and vitamins you sweat and piss away. Also, its better to eat greasy food before you drink, not after, the fat will slow down the rate your body absorbs alcohol.
water and alka seltzer, neti pot, gargle, shower, diluted gatorade. 60% of the time, works every time.
does pho really help? not old enough to drink and not planning to drink either i just think it's and oddly way to get out of hangovers
I've found that nothing works. If you drink again you're just delaying the inevitable. Just sleep it off, that's the best cure. And I'd also like to add that hangovers a b****. That's why I don't like to get wasted no more. I'll have a few beers to have a good buzz but that's it.
I heard there is a Rockstar(energy drink) made just for hangovers that came out recently but haven't tried it. To me there is no cure just prevention always eat something before bed and get bunch of sleep the next day.....
Like someone said, the best cure is prevention. I almost never get hangovers. I just always make sure to drink a ton of water before I fall asleep. I drank a ton the past 2 nights and woke up feeling great both times
drink 1 or 2 glasses of water, before you go to sleep. then the next day get some gatorade, also doing some exercise would work.
If im ever that wasted I just make myself throw up, brush the chompers then drink a glass of water before I crash, wake up feeling straight...
I think only time is a hangover cure. These other things might treat the symptoms, but they won't make the hangover go away. Drinking water while you're imbibing helps with prevention I believe. But, as it is with STD's or unwanted pregnancy, the only sure-fire way to avoid hangovers is abstinence. I had a hangover of some sort nearly every day for about 25 years. Then I quit drinking about 15 months ago and haven't had a single one since.
LOL good one. I stopped drinking because I was getting pissed about loosing a whole day to a freaking hangover. Of course 10 years behind a bar witnessing "drunk" curbed my drinking too...I must say.
