    Google Docs doesn't have spell check? Another reason it's a piece of garbage.

    Is this the business plan? If so, don't do it dude! I don't see you making money when paying a monthly franchise royalty fee, business loan and loan to a family member.

    It underlines misspelled words just like Word does. Not sure how well it does recognizing fragments and stuff like that, though.

    And Google Docs is not garbage if you understand that it is not best for advanced use of documents or spreadsheets. It is a great way to collaborate if you're not doing anything that uses the heavy duty features of say, Excel (IMO).

    For example, I wouldn't use it to put together a business plan or a sales forecast.
