    Why not? Marion was the last draft pick he made, and out of all the undrafted positions, SF is by far the deepest.

    i gave him marion and stephen jackson for monta ellis... I doubt he's going to trade him for a 7th and 8th

    First of all, it looks like he's playing Marion at PF. That's simply not going to work against most of these teams. SF (Durant/Marion) is the position where he has the most depth. And since that's the deepest position out of all undrafted players, it's in Arjun's best interest to move Marion.

    Secondly, Arjun needs that extra draft pick. He's going to have to pay a premium for it.

    Also, my trade proposal impacts all the teams at the position where they are most flexible and have the most depth.

    You're assuming that all the teams are giving each player the same valuation. IMO, Marion was not worthy of a 4th round selection. There are still several undrafted SFs that I'd take over Marion.

    Also, keep in mind that Arjun needs that extra draft pick. And like I said before, he's going to have to pay a premium for it.

    That leaves RedNation with a lineup of D.Williams/E.Gordon/?????/A.Bogut/S.Dalembert and OJ Mayo off the bench.

    IIRC, RedNation has 3 picks in the 8th round (starting in the middle). Do you think he can find a starting-caliber SF at that point?
