i saw rick perry for the first time ever during this burrnanke the treasonist coverage.....never knew he was so overweight
I dislike Christie's policies, though I do appreciate his refusal to coddle the bigots on the fringes of his party: Spoiler <iframe width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/y83z552NJaw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> But face it: America will never vote another fatty into office. (Suck it, Taft.) The tell that Huckabee had no plans to run in 2012 was that, after losing all the weight for 2008, he'd happily porked back up on basic cable.
^^ Christie has a chance. He has the kind of combative personality that a fatty needs to win. A fatty needs to be forceful and energetic like him for people to think of him as a believable leader rather than someone who sits around all day eating pizza and stewing in his own sweat and urine. It works for Rex Ryan. Southern goold ole boy fatties like Huck and Haley Barbour have no chance. Bombastic NJ fatty might work.
Christie comes off as anti-establishment and anti-corruption. I think he could pull it off. He's the only republican that I have any interest in.
